About me and my therapy practice
I've successfully helped many clients overcome challenges such as anxiety, panic, stress, depression, family problems, identity issues or the loss or ending of a relationship.
Counselling can be helpful, rewarding and empowering. It offers a safe, supportive and confidential space for you to talk without having to worry about being gossiped about, judged or criticised. Therapy can help identify unhelpful behaviour patterns, values and mindsets. It can help you find realistic solutions to your current troubles. Talking about your problems can help lessen feelings of hopelessness and isolation too.
I can offer you a confidential therapeutic relationship in which you feel valued, supported and listened to. By working alongside one another at a pace that is best for you, we can safely explore any difficult emotions, feelings, worries or fears; whether these are as a result of historical or current trauma experiences or a one-off life event.
