About me and my therapy practice

I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS and the voluntary sector as well as in my own private practice. In my clinical work I have worked with a wide range of issues, from crisis intervention to journeys of self-discovery, stress management, depression and health issues. I tailor my approach to your specific needs; no two individuals are alike and the recognition of your uniqueness and individuality are the central tenet of my counselling work.
