Hello!

My name is Nicolle and I'm a qualified therapist working from a practice in south Birmingham.

At times, life can be difficult. Sadness, anxiety, a lack of confidence, difficulty with relationships and many other issues can overwhelm us. Talking to friends and family can be enough, but talking to a supportive independent 'stranger' often seems easier. I have learnt from experience that opening up and starting to make sense of thoughts and feelings can be a difficult but very rewarding process.

In a confidential and non-judgmental setting I can offer you support exploring any issues you may struggle with. I believe we are all individuals and no two people are the same. Paying attention to your individual experience and really trying to understand this is very important to me, as we can often be left feeling we need to live up to people's expectations.
