My private practice is held on weekdays and between the hours of 5-9pm. 

I am experienced with working with a wide range of issues and my psychotherapeutic orientation is integrative with an existential outlook.

Although methods from Gestalt, CBT and Personal Consultancy are used in my practice, it is the existential approach with its philosophical framework encompassing universal human concerns that assists with a broader understanding of the client’s unique lived experience. This allows the work to focus on the client rather than solely on the symptoms being presented.

As a dual-practitioner, I can provide short-term counselling and coaching to help you move forward and achieve your goals. If more appropriate, longer-term psychotherapy may be offered allowing for a broader exploration of how past experiences impact your ability to cope in the present.

The process begins with an assessment of approximately 30-45 minutes which allows the parties to discuss and agree the duration and support needed based on the issues or challenges being experienced. The contracting phase allows us to work out a bespoke plan based on your specific requirements which can encompass both therapeutic and coaching elements to the work.
