I work Tuesdays to Fridays between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a UKCP registered and BACP accredited psychotherapist. My training was based on the model of Transactional Analysis and I now incorporate other models into the way I work.

Individual sessions are one hour in length at the cost of £55.00

Practice description

I offer brief and long term therapy in a confidential setting, away from the familiar pace of life. I offer a relationship in which you can explore yourself and feel heard. The time you spend in the counselling setting is time spent on you. It provides the opportunity to look at past and present challenges in order to gain insight and build resilience. Often we can feel blocked or stuck which can give rise to feelings of helplessness or powerlessness. Having a sense of being heard and understood can lift those feelings and free up energy: energy we can use in helpful ways and to increase our sense of well-being.

My first session

I offer a free half-hour consultation for you to tell me more about what brings you to therapy now and for us to see how it feels talking together.
