About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with life’s complexities? Would you like support with exploring your issues and maybe gain new perspectives? I am a BACP registered integrative therapist offering a safe, welcoming and confidential space in North London where I will listen to you without judgment and together we can explore your concerns providing you with a deeper understanding of yourself and an opportunity to make the changes you want to make. My professional training is in Person Centred and Integrative counselling but I also have experience of working in a more focussed way. The broad range of client work that I have undertaken with adults and young people includes working with addiction, abuse, identity, low mood, anxiety, loss and bullying. I offer a low cost initial meeting to find out more about you and how we may be able to work together. At this meeting we would also agree a session fee.
