About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, Accredited member of BACP and National Counselling Society. I have extensive experience of working in a variety of settings, including the NHS mental health services, local therapy centre, voluntary sector organisations and private practice.
I am particularly interested in understanding how our earliest experiences and relationships with others impact our current relationships in daily live. In my therapy work I bare in mind the wider context we live in, and the social and environmental issues that affect our inner worlds.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can jointly explore the difficulties you might be experiencing.
