About me and my therapy practice

I have been counselling since 1997 offering individuals, couples, young people and families the opportunity to explore, understand and change. My approach is integrative, shaped by psychodynamic, person-centred and systemic theoretical approaches. I can offer short-term solution focused work or work to a more open ended contract. I always aim to adapt my approach to suit the needs of my clients. I offer sessions in the village of Rock in North Worcestershire. Clients earning less than £15000 p.a. are offered concessions. I am able to offer counselling in the home of a client if disability or illness are factors.
