About me and my therapy practice
Hello, welcome to my profile page. I am a qualified counsellor, and a psychotherapist in training with more than four years experience of working with clients. My training is 'integrative' which means I have spent a lot of time thinking about the way i work with distress, trauma and all of life's difficulties. It also means that I want to work with you in partnership, seeking to understand what’s troubling you, and where things might have got stuck. We will talk about the past but mostly I want to help you think about what is going in now that has brought you to therapy.
I work mostly in my private practice on Wednesday's but can be available at other times as well . All of my work is currently being undertaken on Zoom due to the current pandemic. Do get in touch if you want to find out more. I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately I cannot currently offer therapy if you are a student or staff member at The University of Cumbria.
