About me and my therapy practice

Hi thank you for taking the time to read about my practice.  I operate a person centred holistic approach to the counselling process, the care plan will be as unique as you are.  I have 10 years experience in counselling, and deal with many issues including addiction, anxiety, bereavement, PTSD, stress,trauma, anger issues. 

Practice description

I offer a supportive safe,  confidential, empathic, non-judgemental environment to enable exploration of any issues being experienced.  I specialise in both drug and alcohol addictions, and can offer support to abstain or manage a harm reduction approach. 

My first session

Education - University College Dublin

                       Leeds University Addiction Unit

                        Dublin Rape Crisis Centre

                         Merchants Quay Ireland

Sessions are 1 hour long, looking forward to hearing from you.
