About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist registered with both COSRT and the BACP. I have worked for the NHS Sexual Problems, Assessment and Treatments services and also have a degree from Roehampton University in Therapeutic Psychology. Alongside private practice I work within multiple mental health services including psychiatric units, forensic units and dementia care.
I am intent on breaking barriers around the conversation of pleasure and how there is no one right way to participate, enjoy and engage in giving and receiving pleasure. I believe sexuality to be the essence of self-expression and work towards removing shame and stigma around sex.
I am kink knowledgeable coming from an understanding in sex work and kink/fetish. I am passionate about demystifying this area, smashing through the taboo and bringing awareness to the niche preferences that many enjoy partaking in for all kinds of pleasure. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and pride myself on being all inclusive while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for all.
I work pluralistically from a contemporary biopsychosocial framework which incorporates all aspects of self. My goal is to look at a person holistically (as a whole) while tailoring therapy, rejecting the idea of “box fitting” and working collaboratively with my clients to insight confidence and empowerment in their own autonomy.
I work with GSRD clients, all sexual function issues, compulsive sexual behaviours, sexuality/sexual orientation, diversity and intersectionality’s, sexual violence/trauma, shame, couples and multiple partner relationships on issues such as conflict management, communication difficulties, separation, infidelity, ethical non monogamy/polyamory, jealousy/compersion, mismatched desire and more!
I work both online and in person within the Weybridge area.
If you would like to know more then please email me to set up a free consultation.
I see clients face to face from my office which is situated in the centre of Weybridge in Surrey. This is a lovely safe space with a warm inviting atmosphere. There are receptionists at the front desk who can inform me of your arrival and I will come to greet you and show you up to the office. Free parking is available for visitors.
I also conduct many session online via zoom.
One hour session is fifty minutes long. A maximum of 2hr sessions (100mins) can be agreed at any one appointment.
Cost for Individuals: £65 for 1 hour session (50 mins), £95 for 1.5hrs (80 mins) and £130 for 2hrs session (100mins)
Cost for Couples: £80 for 1 hour session (50mins), £100 for 1.5hrs (80 mins) and £160 for 2hrs session (100mins)
I do offer some low cost sessions, this is individually assessed in accordance to a persons circumstances and can be discussed in our initial conversation (please note this is discretionary and very limited)
Payment is expected to be made at the beginning of each session (if in face to face session then cash is acceptable also) by bank transfer. Bank details will be given once a decision to move forward with therapy is made. This is primarily to help you attend sessions without the distraction of money matters.
My first session
Initially I like to offer a free 15 minute consultation with my potential clients to have a brief discussion of what has brought them to therapy, answer any questions they may have and get a feel for the dynamics between us.
This is usually conducted over zoom as a preference as we can introduce ourselves to one another (more personally then over the telephone) before you make the decision to proceed with having a first session. Although this is preferred I am very happy to hold this consultation over the phone, please state this when enquiring.
After this consultation I will send over my contracts for you to check over and if in agreement just sign and return to me and then we are ready to book our first session.
