About me and my therapy practice

We all need a helping hand sometimes. You may be in the midst of change, coping with loss or struggling with relationships. You may be stuck, confused or overwhelmed and find it incredibly difficult to describe how you feel and yet have a general sense that something is missing or feels not quite right. You may just want a space to be able to talk freely and tell your story.

Going to a counsellor may seem like a big step, especially if things are troubling and confusing. If you are not sure whether therapy is right for you, or if finding the right counsellor seems bewildering, we can arrange a call to discuss your concerns. This session would not involve any obligation to return.

I trained at The Minster Centre in London, one of the most prestigious therapy colleges in the UK.

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues or concerns that you have which may be impacting on your life, your relationships and/or your emotional well-being. My aim is to support you in how you are feeling, in either short term (6-12 weeks), or longer term counselling.

I offer counselling face to face and via Zoom.

Practice description

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. Working integratively means that I bring together many theories, techniques and perspectives as a way to respond to each person.

I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer you the opportunity to explore your situation and consider what changes, if any, you may want to achieve. I work in an empathic manner and in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
