About me and my therapy practice
We all need a helping hand sometimes. This can be an uncertain world and can bring anxiety and concerns that may feel overwhelming at times. Going to a counsellor may seem like a big step, especially if things are troubling and confusing. If you are not sure whether therapy is right for you, or if finding the right counsellor seems bewildering, we can arrange a call to discuss your concerns. This session would not involve any obligation to return.
I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues or concerns that you have which may be impacting on your life, your relationships and/or your emotional well-being. My aim is to support you in how you are feeling, in either short or long term counselling.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. Working integratively means that I bring together many theories, techniques and perspectives as a way to respond to each unique person. I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer you the opportunity to explore your situation and consider what changes, if any, you may want to achieve. I work in an empathic manner and in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandamic I can only offer counselling via Zoom.
