About me and my therapy practice
We all need a helping hand sometimes. Support and understanding, someone really listening to you, can make the world of difference.
Do you feel stuck in something and you can't find your way out? Is the way you are dealing with it turning out not to be helpful? Counselling may help.
I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues that may be impacting your life, your relationships and/or your emotional well-being. My aim is to support you in how you are feeling.

My first session
It is important to establish whether counselling might work for you. In our initial session, through gathering some history and your current environment, I will aim to get an idea of how counselling might help.
