About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamically trained counsellor / psychotherapist and I have a Diploma in Supervision. I have been supervising counsellors from various modalities and with all supervises we will discuss and agree how we will work so in order to adapt my supervision style to suit the supervise.
My philosophy as a supervisor is to engage passionately with supervises by being emotionally and psychologically present and to provide a learning and containing environment to facilitate a relationship which is creative, exploratory, engaging and to help build bridges between theory and practice.
My Fees are £60 for 50-minute sessions and £100 for 90-minute sessions
Please contact me to discuss your supervision requirements.
Practice description
I use the Seven-Eyed supervision model by Shohet & Hawkins because as a psychodynamic therapist I feel the model is heavily focused on the psychoanalytic understanding of unconscious processes and the relational nature looks closely at what's happening in the supervisory relationship and the therapeutic relationship, as well as the wider systemic contexts of the client, supervise and supervisor.
