About me and my therapy practice
I'm Emma, a late-diagnosed ADHDer, Therapist, Coach and supervisor. I mainly work within the neurodiverse community, helping people who are diagnosed, seeking diagnosis, or suspect they may be neurodivergent. As a dual practitioner with lived-experience of both trauma and neurodiversity, I am well placed to help my clients process their past, explore their present, and move forward into their futures with confidence and resilience.
I help my clients find a home within themselves, so that they can take safety, self-worth and meaning into every aspect of their lives.
Some of my clients have left beautiful reviews on my website! Feel free to take a look, and if I seem to be the right fit for you, go ahead and contact me; I will be pleased to get back to you ASAP.
Specialisms
I specialize in working with neurodiverse adults, in particular ADHD. I’ve also worked with clients experiencing psychosis, PTSD, depression, EUPD, schizophrenia, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues, and abuse. There's no problem too big or too small to benefit from therapy.

I work online or in person at my private therapy space in Margate. I also offer walking nature therapy outdoors.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Emma, a neurodivergent therapist and coach dedicated to supporting the neurodiverse community. I have built a meaningful practice working exclusively with neurodivergent clients, drawing on my personal and professional experience to provide therapy that resonates deeply with our shared experiences.
I am now offering supervision to therapists and coaches who work with neurodiverse clients, an area I believe is both essential and often overlooked. With years of experience, specialized training, and an integrative approach to therapy, I aim to support and empower practitioners in delivering effective, compassionate care to this unique and vibrant community.
My supervision style is rooted in the Seven-Eyed Model, providing a collaborative and reflective space that encourages growth, insight, and professional development. Whether you’re new to working with neurodiverse clients or are an experienced therapist looking for supervision tailored to this niche, I would love to hear from you.
