About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Eden. If you’ve come across my website, it’s likely you’re struggling in some way. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, life changes or something else. You might be feeling alone and like no-one else will understand. My aim is to provide a safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which we gently explore and open up what’s bothering you together, at your pace. With these conditions in place, I am confident we can build a trusting, supported bond.
Practice description
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am qualified in Person-Centred Counselling. This approach views the client as an active agent in their own development. My role is not to give my opinion or advice because the client already has the answers, they may just need some help getting there.
Our sessions will foster an accessible, inclusive space in which people with neurodiversities, disabilities or those from the LGBTQIA+ community can feel accepted and seen.
I currently provide weekly online therapy only so you may want to consider if this will meet your needs too.
My first session
I offer a free-of-charge initial phone or video call, to ensure you feel fully comfortable in your decision. Please get in touch if you think we'd be a good fit, or if you'd like to know more.
