What to expect from therapy
Deciding to start therapy is a meaningful step, whether it's your first time or you're seeking a new direction. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, open-minded space where we work collaboratively to understand the challenges you’re facing.
My approach is not about labelling or judgement, but about exploring your unique perspective with care and respect.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, providing us with time to explore your thoughts and emotions in depth.
I offer both in-person sessions in Peckham, South London and also online sessions, allowing flexibility to fit your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
Whether you’re new to therapy or seeking to further support, my goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions.
In our sessions, I draw on psychodynamic principles to help uncover the unconscious patterns that influence your behaviour and relationships. I believe that understanding the roots of your struggles—whether they manifest as anxiety, depression, or relational challenges—can lead to profound self-awareness and healing.
Practice description
My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover unconscious patterns that shape your behaviour and relationships. By understanding the roots of your struggles—whether related to anxiety, depression, or relational challenges—we can promote self-awareness and healing.
Psychodynamic therapy emphasises the impact of unconscious processes and past experiences, particularly from childhood, on current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This approach will help us to explore how earlier relationships and life events shape the dynamics you experience today.
My practice is built on empathy, respect, and inclusion. I work affirmatively with all identities, including LGBTQIA+, and as a member of the BACP, I uphold the highest ethical standards. I am committed to ongoing professional development, especially in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to support you at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward deeper understanding, self-acceptance, and lasting positive change.
