About me and my therapy practice
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities to create a unique, personalised experience for each individual. By blending different disciplines, I tailor our work to meet your specific needs, helping you achieve lasting transformation.
The transpersonal aspect of my practice goes beyond human experiences, exploring the moments that challenge us to seek deeper meaning, even in situations where there seem to be no answers. We will work together to find the significance in these experiences and explore the ways they shape your life.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate a range of creative techniques, including dreams, drawing, music, stories and meditative visualisation. These methods offer alternative pathways to healing, allowing you to engage with your experiences in a more dynamic and expressive way.
The goal of our therapeutic journey is to reintegrate the parts of yourself that may have been neglected or rejected, whether by yourself or others. This process involves exploring your experiences from early childhood through adulthood, uncovering the stories and beliefs that have shaped your sense of self. By identifying the wounded aspects of yourself, we can create the space for true healing and transformation to occur.
I offer a free 20-minute initial session via Zoom or phone, where we can discuss your needs, goals, and expectations.
I primarily work in person in a private consulting room located in the heart of Petersfield town centre. However, I also offer online sessions via Zoom, and in some cases, I am available for telephone sessions or home visits, depending on individual circumstances.
Whether you're facing burnout, dealing with grief, struggling with identity, or navigating other life challenges, my approach provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore and heal. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, growth, and emotional well-being.
