About me and my therapy practice
My role in the work we will do together is to provide a confidential, non judgemental safe space for you to identify, work through and process the emotions and feelings you are experiencing.
I will walk the path beside you until you are ready to continue on alone.
My areas of experience are:
Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Health Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Work related stress and Childhood Trauma.
Practice description
I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which empowers me to work within the guidelines of the BACP Ethical Framework.
My primary aim as a humanistic integrative counsellor is to provide my clients with a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings in order to enable a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation.
My humanistic integrative approach allows me to draw upon a number of counselling modalities including Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, CBT, and Mindfulness.
I believe you hold your own answers, and I can support you in finding them and increasing your self-awareness allowing you to move forward with life again.
