To help us provide the best possible support during this period, please email any non-urgent queries to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond as soon as we can. Please quote your BACP membership or reference number, if known.
If you'd prefer to speak to us directly, our lines are busiest on Mondays and from 12 noon to 2pm each day, so you may find it easier to get through to us if you avoid these times. We appreciate your patience during these busy hours. If you're a member, please have your membership number available when you call.
Other departments are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Our social media accounts are monitored from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).
