About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed? Struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or relationship issues? Life throws many challenges at us, and it's natural to feel overwhelmed. Recognizing when we need support is itself an act of growth. So if you're reading this, you've already taken the first step toward positive change.
Person-centered therapy offers a collaborative and empowering approach for self-awareness and personal growth. Together we will build a space built on trust, respect, and compassion, where you can feel free to really be yourself. Each of us has the capacity for change and self-understanding when we are provided with a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic environment.
Person-centered therapy is rooted in the idea that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to support you in exploring and understanding your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space.
I offer both online sessions and in-person therapy at the Riverside Well-being Centre in Whaley Bridge.

My integrated approach combines the deep relational work of person-centered counseling with practical mindfulness techniques. Drawing from my extensive training in both disciplines, I help clients develop self-awareness while learning practical strategies to navigate difficult emotions and experiences. Whether you're curious about mindfulness or already have a practice, we'll work together to find approaches that resonate with your unique needs and preferences.
