Availability
My availability varies throughout the week, and I currently have space for both in-person and online sessions.
For in-person work, I offer sessions in West London at the following locations: Chiswick, Harrow, Holland Park, West Hampstead, and Kensington. Each space is quiet, comfortable, and set up to support a calm, therapeutic environment.
I also offer online sessions via Zoom for clients based elsewhere or for those who prefer the flexibility of working remotely.
If you’re interested in beginning therapy or have questions about how I work, you’re welcome to contact me to arrange an initial session or to book a free 20-minute introductory call. This short call is a chance for us to meet, discuss what you’re looking for, and explore whether we might be a good fit before committing to ongoing work.
Please get in touch for my current availability and to find a time that suits you.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach is humanistic, relational, and person-centred—meaning I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I believe that healing happens through connection, safety, and being truly heard and seen. Together, we’ll create a space where you can bring your full self—without judgement or pressure to be anything other than who you are.
I work collaboratively, which means we’ll explore at your pace and follow what feels important to you. Some clients come with something very specific they want to work on; others may feel lost or unsure but sense something needs to change. All of that is welcome.
Depending on your needs, we may explore past experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, cultural or identity-based concerns, family dynamics, or current challenges. I draw from a range of modalities including humanistic and existential approaches, body-based awareness, and trauma-informed practice. I also integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and psychoeducation when useful—tools that can help bring understanding and regulation alongside insight.
I hold a particular interest in working with men of colour and those facing internal and external pressures that make emotional expression difficult. I also support clients impacted by grief, addiction (personally or within the family), cultural identity struggles, and those navigating life transitions or stuckness.
Whether you’re in crisis, seeking clarity, or longing for deeper self-understanding, I aim to meet you with warmth, presence, and respect—for however long you need.
Practice description
I offer a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can explore what’s going on in your life—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, anxious, disconnected, or simply unsure of what’s next. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin therapy. We can start wherever you are.
My practice is grounded in a humanistic approach, meaning I work relationally and collaboratively—centering your experience, autonomy, and what feels most important to you. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I aim to meet you with empathy, respect and care.
I work with people navigating a range of issues including grief and loss, cultural identity, trauma, addiction (including support for families affected by addiction), relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting men of colour, those who feel pressure to carry everything alone, and anyone in a moment of crisis or questioning.
Together we can explore patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be difficult to face alone. My aim is not to “fix” you, but to support you in reconnecting with your inner resources, resilience, and clarity—at your own pace.
I offer sessions in-person in West London and online. Therapy with me is flexible and tailored to your needs—whether short-term support or longer-term work.
My first session
In our first session, we’ll begin by reviewing the therapeutic contract together. This includes outlining key aspects such as confidentiality, session structure, cancellations, and boundaries—ensuring you feel safe and informed about how we’ll work together. You’ll have space to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have.
We’ll then explore what brings you to therapy and begin to identify a focus for the work. This might be something clear and immediate, or you may be feeling stuck or unsure—either way, we’ll move at your pace. The first session is also a chance for us to see how it feels to connect and work together, as the relationship is central to therapy being effective.
Where helpful, I may ask some background questions to get a fuller picture of your current situation and personal history. This helps in shaping a shared understanding of your needs, values, and goals.
I offer a warm, grounded, and compassionate space rooted in humanistic values, with an understanding of the impact of culture, identity, trauma, and systemic pressures. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, relationship issues, cultural expectations, addiction, or questions about identity and purpose, we can begin to explore together.
The first session lasts for 50 minutes and is charged at the standard rate. If you’re unsure, I offer a free 20–30 minute introductory call beforehand to explore whether we might be a good fit.
