Time Session
9.30am - 10.30am

Session one:

Introduction, Anger myths & Barriers, the ETU approach & more.

This session will be followed by a live Q&A session with the presenter.

10.30am – 11.30am

Session two:

Working with Polarities, the Anger O Meter and our own relationship with Anger.

This session will be followed by a live Q&A session with the presenter.

11.30am – 11.45am Break
11.45am - 12.30pm

Session three:

Anger management trigger process, Physical responses & The Novaco questionnaire.

12.30pm – 1.00pm The event will finish with an extended live Q&A session with the presenter, Martin Hogg.

About the presenter

Martin Hogg helps counsellors set up and grow private practices they love—working with their ideal clients, earning the income they deserve, and doing it without burnout or guesswork. A qualified counsellor for over 20 years, Martin developed an Anger Management framework now used by practitioners across the UK and beyond. 

His integrative approach combines person-centred therapy, coaching, and solution-focused methods, offering a practical, compassionate, and grounded path to change. He is particularly skilled in supporting those struggling with low confidence, anxiety, and life direction challenges. He is the author of four personal development books.  

As a course instructor, Martin brings warmth, humour, and a wealth of real-world insight to his teaching. He’s passionate about creating safe, inclusive learning environments where students are encouraged to reflect deeply, think critically, and develop both personally and professionally.
