Katerina is the current Editor of Therapy Today. She's a clinical supervisor, senior accredited BACP and UKCP registered Gestalt individual, couples and group psychotherapist working in private practice and a GP surgery. As well as a therapist, she's a published author and freelance journalist, having previously worked for national magazines and newspapers. With a strong interest in music and mental health, she specialises as a music industry therapist, working with Universal Music UK and British Association for Performing Arts Medicine, as well as producing and hosting her own music and mental health podcast.

Grace is a BACP registered counsellor, organisational psychologist, trainer and career coach. She has four years of counselling experience and over 15 years experience working in people and organisational development, diversity and inclusion, research and facilitation roles in academia, transport, logistics and consultancies. Grace is a seasoned trainer, lecturer and presenter. She hosts two podcasts of her own, The Black Business Psychology Podcast and The Great Minds for Business Podcast, highlighting and showcasing the careers of racially minoritised professionals in the fields of psychology, medicine, healthcare, art, research, film and non-profit. Grace has been on HR Magazine’s HR Most Influential list in 2021, 2022 and 2023. She's very excited about hosting the BACP Insights podcast and especially interested in speaking to experts and fellow counsellors.
