Topic: HUCS - Autumn Conference. Finding Ground: Connecting Nature in Counselling
Following a welcome from the HUCS Executive, our Autumn Conference will feature three sessions exploring the connections between nature, wellbeing and our work with students. Together, we’ll consider how connecting with nature can support wellbeing, explore approaches to "wintering well", and look at new ways of working with students.
The conference will offer opportunities to reflect, share ideas and consider how we can bring fresh perspectives into our services.
Please can attendees bring along a piece of wood / stone/ stick/ pebble/ pinecone/ conker, anything that is a nature-based item for a small experiential exercise.
