Date: Monday 27th April 2026

Time: 10am - 12pm

Topic: Navigating handwritten, digital, and voice-based client notes with confidence, clarity, and compliance.

This session is a discussion exploring how therapists can confidently navigate record-keeping in a rapidly evolving practice landscape. Drawing on guidance from the BACP and BPS, we will explore what constitutes 'good enough notes', how different recording methods impact confidentiality and how to safely store them across all formats.

Don't forget to continue your conversations on our members-only discussion forum where we have a Private Practice community: Communities of Practice.

Location: Online
