Time: Doors open: 9.30, Workshop starts: 10.00, Meeting finishes: 12.30

Topic: Our relationship with the BACP.

In November 2025, BACP launched 'Your voice your BACP', a project aimed to understand how they can improve their engagement with their members. They have engaged an independent consultant 'Eastside People', to 'create opportunities for honest conversation that will help us better understand what meaningful engagement looks like.' To run a series of focus groups to collect feedback in order to understand how to collaborate and better serve us, their members. https://www.bacp.co.uk/about-us/about-bacp/your-voice-your-bacp/

We have invited Rebecca Hammond from Eastside People to run a confidential co-creational workshop to explore, our feelings, thoughts and aspirations around our relationship with the BACP.

We see this as a key opportunity to have our voices heard, to let BACP know how we want to be represented and talked to, to have a collaborative organisation, to keep BACP accountable for their decision making, on our behalf, different from our normal member engagement surveys, group emails and online workshops.
