What's included

The supervisor's event aims to provide counselling and psychotherapy supervisors with essential CPD to develop and enhance their supervisory practice.

This year's event will enable participants to reflect on some of the challenges and complexities arising in supervision practice today and enhance their awareness, understanding and the skills needed to cultivate safety in supervision.

Participants will be encouraged to critically engage with contemporary issues in supervision and consider how these can inform and strengthen their own professional practice.

The event will be structured into several interactive sessions designed to engage participants actively.

Event aims

The main aims of this conference are to:

  • enhance supervisory awareness, skills and knowledge
  • encourage collaborative and reflective supervision practice
  • build confidence and competence in working with challenging and complex issues in supervision
  • provide peer to peer networking and support through reflective, meaningful conversations and sharing best practice

On demand

Access to the on-demand service, for three months after the event, is included in your booking. The service can be accessed an unlimited number of times, 24 hours a day.

The on-demand service will be available from Thursday 1 October 2026 until Monday 4 January 2027.

The on-demand service will be human transcribed to ensure accuracy.
