Event aims

The main aims of this event are to: 

 

  • provide members with a deeper, practice-based exploration of dual practice
  • focus on how dual-qualified practitioners work in real-life settings.
  • explore how dual-qualified practitioners think about boundaries and ethical contracting 
  • explore how therapeutic understanding can inform coaching practice 
  • offer structured discussion, transparent sharing of practice and opportunities for delegates to bring their own questions

Learning outcomes 

By attending this event, delegates will learn to:

  • gain a deeper understanding of dual-qualified practice 
  • identify key ethical and practical issues in integration 
  • compare different ways dual qualified practitioners position dual practice
  • reflect on how therapeutic principles informs coaching while maintaining appropriate focus and boundaries 
  • apply insights from the discussion to their own practice development
