About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life can be challenging, counselling and psychotherapy can provide an unconditional and safe space to be heard, to explore issues of concern and have someone listen and understand your unique experiences.

I’ve helped a diverse range of clients break through many obstacles that were holding them back and I truly believe that life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

My client's have successfully worked though many issues including  -

Depression

Anxiety

Relationship Problems

Self esteem

Anger

Bullying

Self harm

I believe that a trusting, honest, therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist, is crucial in helping you towards self-acceptance and an understanding of what is affecting you. I will do my best to help create such a relationship.

If you think that this may be helpful to you, please don't hesitate to get in contact.

I am based in Brentwood in Essex, I'm fully qualified and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer counselling grounded in the Person-Centred Approach. Information about this approach and counselling in general can be found on the BACP's website -

https://www.bacp.co.uk/about-therapy/what-is-counselling/
