I am now practicing on extra days and so have a few more sessions available.
About me and my therapy practice
Life isn't always easy but this year seems particularly hard. Covid fears are a constant worry and we may forget that there are other things going on in our lives that affect us. Stress, anxiety, work issues, divorce and bereavement can all get in the way and stop us living our lives as we would like.
If you are being held back by these or other concerns, please get in touch. I can offer you a safe and confidential space, where together we can try to better understand what is affecting you and to find a way to move forward.
I know that making the decision to seek counselling or psychotherapy is tough so I feel privileged that you're taking the time to read this today. When you're ready to take the next step and to make contact, I will be ready to listen and to hear you.
Covid restrictions mean that currently I am not able to offer face to face (in person) sessions. I am though offering sessions via Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams and telephone.
My first session
All sessions will last 50 minutes. Our first will enable you to decide whether you feel that we can work together and allow me to confirm that I am the right type of counsellor to help you. Our assessment of each other will give you the chance to talk about what is troubling you and to think about what you expect from counselling.
