About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to feel free to make sense of your life, your concerns, feelings and thoughts. I am an empathic , compassionate, accepting therapist. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where we can explore your difficulties and find ways forward together. I will work at your pace, to explore your concerns, in a way that best suits you. You can feel free to tell your story to a genuinely warm, non-judgmental therapist.
I am an experienced, qualified and BACP Accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (MA Distinction). I integrate humanistic-relational, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural (CBT) approaches. I also offer mindfulness techniques for self-compassion, self-acceptance and relaxation, which some find helpful. I work with adults and young people 16 +.
I am currently offering in person, online and outdoor therapy.
My first session
An initial session is free for a 30 minute online call. This will enable us to explore your therapeutic needs and what you desire from therapy. And whether I am the best therapist for you.
