About me and my therapy practice

I am a Neurodivergent Therapist living with Neurofibromatosis (NF1), and have worked with many clients with appearance related issues including facial difference/ disfigurement. I have 25 years experience working with Autistic and otherwise Neurodivergent clients across the life span.

I am experienced in working with clients with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, low mood and depression, low self-esteem, complex bereavement; including those bereaved by the death of a child (including miscarriage, medical termination and stillbirth) and those bereaved by murder or suicide; clients with eating disorders, trauma work (including post-traumatic stress disorder), obsessive-compulsive behaviour, self- harm and suicidal thoughts.

I am a member of the World Association for Transgender Health, and am working towards my Mental Health certification.
