About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, confidential, empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can explore and work through the things that are troubling you in your life.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which recognises that current problems and difficulties can be linked to earlier experiences.
Whatever your emotional difficulties are, understanding their underlying nature can help to make sense of them, thereby alleviating suffering and bringing about the process of change.
This approach can be helpful for issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, Low self esteem, Problems relating to creative work, and creative block.
I have experience of working in the NHS, both in a GP surgery, and in the Psychotherapy Department at St Bartholomew's hospital.
