About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced supervisor who has had the opportunity of offering clinical supervision to counsellors/ trainee counsellors and healthcare professionals, as well as facilitating supervision groups. I offer an integrative approach as a supervisor as this reflects my theoretical background and knowledge of Humanistic approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and third wave practices such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I work collaboratively with each individual supervisee exploring the client/supervisee relationship to help enhance the quality of their work together and to aid the supervisee’s continuous professional and personal development. I also work as a part-time lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Salford.
