About me and my therapy practice
I believe personal therapy is an investment in our future, one which encourages personal development, and which once started, will increase our levels of awareness and the skills necessary to meet and deal graciously with life’s inevitable challenges. Looking for the support of a counsellor is the first step in taking responsibility for such an investment.
As a Psychosynthesis counsellor my approach involves bringing a shared understanding of what is going on for you, to help reveal, make sense of and then tackle the obstacles standing in your way.
I specialise working with men and the common concerns generally associated with modern masculinity. Issues such as how to regulate our anger, how to show affection and find intimacy in relationships, how to earn respect and recognition, as well as concerns around sex and sexuality.
I also work with women struggling in relationship to men, essentially addressing the difficulties we may face tuning into and connecting emotionally and physically with each other.
