About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm and experienced counsellor who can help you understand and resolve any personal problems or psychological difficulties you may be experiencing to improve your wellbeing. I offer a free 15 minute ‘meet me’ session.
As a professionally trained and experienced counsellor I provide a unique and supportive relationship in a safe environment for you to explore any concerns, specific difficulties or general unhappiness that you may be facing in life.
I can help you gain clarity and understanding about yourself or issues that concern you so that you can move forward, make new choices and achieve what you want from life. This can bring you greater self-acceptance and peace of mind.
No matter what our age life can be difficult for us all at times and so it makes sense to invest in counselling to improve how you feel and cope. Counselling can help increase your self-esteem, confidence, motivation and resilience.
I have worked in both hospices and counselling agencies (including youth agencies) supporting adults and young people (11+) through some of their most challenging times in life. I provide counselling and CBT to individual adults, young people (11+) and couples including people with special needs and disabilities. My premises are accessible to wheelchair users and I provide online counselling for people who find it difficult to access face to face counselling. I will be happy to answer any questions.
