About me and my therapy practice

When you feel you need therapeutic support it is important to find the right fit for you, someone with a high level of skill and experience who can put you at your ease. I offer an insightful and professional approach to helping you to solve problems for yourself. I find that a short discussion on the telephone can help us both to decide whether we are going to work together.

My consulting room is in a quiet central location in Plymouth, and I like to fit in with your time constraints as flexibly as I can. Please call me, or send me an email to arrange a conversation.

From 2020 until further notice, all sessions are via video link for your safety and convenience.

My first session

I offer a free discovery call of 20-30 minutes when you can decide if I am a good fit for you and I can work out the best way that I can help. At the end of this call we can set up our first video session, or you can talk to other counsellors.
