ONLINE AND TELEPHONE COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC COACHING

Do you ever feel like there must be more to life that your anxiety, stress, sleep issues, trauma or low self-esteem? There is! I love supporting people like yourself in using mind, body, heart and soul to feel better and live fuller lives.

I offer a safe, confidential space (online, Zoom is currently considered the most secure) to help you explore your feelings around these issues as well as simple and effective tools to help you handle them.

Working with mind, body, heart and soul, I take a holistic approach to help you create a happier, fuller and more peaceful life.

I specialise in trauma, anxiety, stress and sleep issues, building resilience, confidence and self-esteem and finding more purpose, meaning and joy.

As well as running selfcarecoaching.net, I'm a writer (and author of 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing) and Chair for BACP Coaching.

I hope you'll find my website of interest (with more information about my background, how I work, how I can help you and potential next steps) and get in touch if you have any questions.

You can visit www.feelbettereveryday.net to find out more about how we might work together – I look forward to talking to you about how my approach can help you at this time.

About me and my therapy practice

TELEPHONE AND ONLINE SUPERVISION

Do you have more than one string to your bow? I see integrative clinical supervision as not only a professional and ethical requirement but an essential form of self-care.

I'm Chair for BACP's Coaching Executive and we're very aware of the need for supervision that supports the whole practitioner and practice.

I love helping integrative practitioners (counsellors, coaches, yoga therapists and other multiskilled practitioners) honour all they have to offer, better support their clients and work more effectively, ethically, creatively and collaboratively.

I also can support a holistic approach working with mind, body, heart and soul.

I trained with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot and use their 7 Eyed Model for integrative supervision - http://feelbettereveryday.net/services/integrative-clinical-supervision has more information about this and my approach.
