AvailabilityDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering sessions online or by phone while meeting in person is not possible or uncomfortable for you.
I am also offering face to face sessions.
I am available for an initial session (often by video call for individuals and in person for couples), which gives us a chance to see if we would like to work together. The session will explore your current circumstances and some details of your history. We can use our time together for you to share what is going on in your life, and what brings you to seek counselling.

I am warm and empathic, and understanding and open towards others. With my varied experiences of work and travel, I have met a range of people from different heritages, which has helped me be a better and broader-minded Counsellor.
I offer you a safe, confidential space where you can explore those difficult moments in your life. I am there to help you as an individual or as a couple, to navigate through your difficult experiences, hurts and distresses, or other moments you need to share with someone. I will provide you with the necessary conditions to help you navigate through your difficult experiences.
My work as a Counsellor reflects three core beliefs:
1. Being genuine, so you can successfully explore the issues that have brought you to seek help and find your way through them.
2. Being accepting, caring and empathic, giving you the opportunity to increase your self-understanding and manage your life in a more constructive, satisfying, and healthy way.
3. Providing a non-judgmental and safe place to share your experiences as we work together to explore your actions, thoughts, and feelings.
Our life experiences shape us in unique and particular ways and opening up what has been difficult for us requires kindness and compassion from ourselves and others if we are to heal and grow. While it may take time, it is in the here and now that we learn to work with the difficulties of our lives, and that is where healing happens.
Together, we will explore your current feelings and circumstances and you can start to bring about changes in your life, and your relationships with yourself and others.
