About me and my therapy practice
My practice offers a safe, warm and non-judgemental space, unique and separate from the rest of your life.
When life’s challenges leave you feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or stuck, I provide a space to bring and process these feelings and more, when it doesn’t feel possible to open up to family or friends.
Our work together will help you think and speak freely, creatively and confidentially. We will explore thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour that you may not even be aware of. This freedom to think, and increased understanding and insight into yourself can empower you to make positive changes in your life.
I want to make you feel understood and connect with the ‘real you’ regardless of your background, gender, race or sexuality.
My first session
I offer a free phone consultation (up to 30 minutes) to breifly discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and for you to ask any questions you may have. The next step is to meet face-to-face or online for an initial exploratory session, to think further about what you want to get from therapy and to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
