About me and my therapy practice

Counselling can open up new ways of looking at and dealing with crises, challenges or problems you may be facing. As an integrative therapeutic counsellor, I work in a range of ways to support your development in a warm and confidential space.

Practice description

I work from a tranquil garden room in east London. I offer counselling sessions in which we can explore your day-to-day worries and deeper issues.

My first session

Our first meeting will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve from our sessions. You can ask me any questions you may have about counselling or the way we will work together.

I am bilingual English/French and speak fluent Portuguese.
