- Concessionary rates
Please note ALL therapy has moved online due to the Coronavirus.
We will meet in a virtual space that is safe and secure such as Zoom. There are others that you may be comfortable with and we can explore using them also and also I can help you with the set up.
I have reduced my fees by £10 at the moment as I have no room rental costs online.
As many are facing hardship at this time, I offer some concessionary rates during this time. I will not be seeking proof of hardship as I put my trust in you.
About me and my therapy practice
You may want to talk to someone, need someone to listen and understand you. You may not know exactly what is bothering you. I am here to listen and support you as a warm and empathic counsellor, committed to helping people move forward with their lives.
People come to therapy for many reasons: feeling stuck, depressed, sad, suffering from anxiety, having panic attacks, addictions, bereavement, work, stress, relationships, painful emotional experiences – and many more.
Whatever your reason may be, which is unique and personal to you, counselling can help you get a different perspective on things by providing you a safe and confidential space in which you can explore any difficult challenges or feelings you may be experiencing.
I am a person-centred counsellor and also trained in mindfulness mind management which incorporates developments from mindfulness and proven developments from neuroscience. I also offer Rewind Technique which is a 2-3 session therapy for post traumatic stress (PTSD), traumas and phobias where disclosure of the event is not required.
I work with adults as individual or relationship/couples counselling on a brief or long-term basis.
From time-to-time I am able to offer reduced rates for students or people on low incomes, so please do not hesitate to enquire.
Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision and can be quite a daunting task. To this end, I welcome enquiries by email or telephone.
