- Phone number
- Flexible hours available
- Concessionary rates
- My practice is full until second week of September.
- Please note ALL therapy has moved online due to the Coronavirus.
We will meet in a virtual space that is safe and secure such as Zoom or telephone counselling. There are others that you may be comfortable with and we can explore using them also and also I can help you with the set up.
I have reduced my fees to £45 for individual counselling at the moment as I have no room rental costs online.
As many are facing hardship at this time, I offer some concessionary rates during this time. I will not be seeking proof of hardship as I put my trust in you.
About me and my therapy practice
You may want to talk to someone, need someone to listen and understand you. You may not know exactly what is bothering you. I am here to listen and support you as a warm and empathic counsellor, committed to helping people move forward with their lives. I work with individuals, couples and relationships on a brief or long-term basis.
I know it is a daunting experience to take the step to find a counsellor. It is important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor and I offer a free 15-minute chat so that you can have an idea if I am the right counsellor for you. If you have never had counselling before, it is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions.
People come to therapy for many reasons: feeling stuck, depressed, sad, suffering from anxiety, having panic attacks, addictions, bereavement, work, stress, relationships, perfectionism, procrastination, painful emotional experiences – and many more.
Whatever your reason may be, which is unique and personal to you, counselling can help you get a different perspective on things by providing you a safe and confidential space in which you can explore any difficult challenges or feelings you may be experiencing. Talking about whatever concerns you and feeling listened to is part of the healing process.
I am a person-centred counsellor and I draw on a broad range of approaches tailored to your own needs. . I also offer Rewind Technique which is a 2-3 session therapy for post traumatic stress (PTSD), traumas and phobias.
