About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes our potential for happiness becomes blocked and our growth frustrated for reasons that may not be immediately clear. At this point we might seek the help of a counsellor. I bring a warm, supportive presence to my counselling practice and have experience with a number of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and life stage issues.
Having trained in Psychosynthesis counselling I work from a humanistic and transpersonal perspective. I see each individual as unique and in possession their own innate wisdom and as making an invaluable contribution to life and the world .
As a counsellor my role is to listen to and be curious about your story, reflecting it back to you so you can hear it clearly and come to a deeper level of understanding and acceptance. This in turn can help clarify where you may be stuck, allowing you the possibility of addressing difficulties and making decisions.
I work with adults and young people from the age of sixteen and am based in Bath for face to face work. I also see people online.
