About me and my therapy practice
Thinking a lot more...fuller and noisy head? I’m a self-identified Neurodiverse Person-Centered Counsellor (MBACP), offering a consistent, strong, supportive processing space of understanding and acceptance to enable you to process and work things through.
I follow the BACP Code of Ethics, ensuring you receive an accountable and ethical practice.
I offer online and face to face sessions. The face to face sessions are held in a rented room at Norwich Central Baptist Church, Norwich, NR3 3AP.
Parking is directly outside the building. Wheelchair Accessible
Fully insured. DBS Checked.

Practice description
I work with Young Adults 18+, Adults and Older adults
I have a particular interest in supporting clients talking through issues around Physical Conditions, Disability, Mental Health, Women's Health, ADHD/AS, Neurodiversity, Identity and Relationships, Family and Children.
I offer Fixed Session, Short Term and Long Term Counselling.
My first session
If you would like to access counselling with me, initial enquiries can be made over email.
I will then get back to you, and we can explore this further over email.
If we both feel we would work well together, we can then arrange our first session - either face to face or online, whatever you feel works best for you.
