About me and my therapy practice

I offer restorative supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and other professionals requiring support and supervision in their roles. My approach is collaborative and warm, with the intention of creating a supportive relationship within which to effectively support you in your work. I work to the Proctor and Inskipp functional model of supervision, where your needs are central to the work we do together.

As a supervisor I have experience of supervising trainees as well as experienced qualified therapists offering a wide range of modalities. My own therapeutic approach is person-centred and I also draw on DBT, mindfulness and compassion focused approaches.
