About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychodynamic counsellor, meaning I work to help people understand their past and how it can affect their future.  I create a safe space where people can explore problems, questions and decisions about their lives.  I can help people with a wide range of human difficulties as listed below.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and how this can, over time, empower people to find their own answers. I am able to sit with people when they are feeling stuck, unsure or in a dark place. I am able to tolerate the mess of life with people and together we are able to find new ways to think about it.

Practice description

I work from my own room in a central, yet quiet location. Parking is available onsite.
