About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Chris Sharp – a fully-qualified and BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist.
Life can feel like it's spiralling out of control. Like there is a cloud over everything you think and do. You may not feel ‘yourself’ — you may not feel anything at all. And you might not know why…
Counselling offers a space – peaceful, understanding, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental – to explore some of these difficulties on your own terms.
I can help by offering an objective perspective, identifying patterns of thinking and behaviour, asking questions that help deeper exploration, and help create new meaning in your life.
My counselling style is very adaptable. Your needs, your difficulties, and your way of communicating is unique and you deserve a unique approach based around you.
Get in touch or use my website to book your introductory session.
My first session
The way I work is to schedule a 30-minute intro session to give us the opportunity to meet, discuss the issues you are facing, see if we feel we can work well together, go over the counselling contract, and figure out a regular time to meet.
The fee for this intro session is £10.
Following sessions will be 50 mins (in-person) or 60 mins (online) and the fee is £40.
