About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Chris Sharp – a fully-qualified and BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist.
Life is weird, confusing and difficult sometimes.
It can feel like life is spiralling out of control. Like there is a cloud over everything you think and do. You may not feel ‘yourself’ — you may not feel anything at all. And you might not know why…
Counselling offers a space – peaceful, understanding, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental – to explore some of these difficulties on your own terms.
In counselling, you are in control. You are the expert on your life.
I can help by offering an objective perspective, identifying patterns of thinking and behaviour, asking questions that help deeper exploration, and help create new meaning in your life.
My counselling style is very adaptable. Your needs, your difficulties, and your way of communicating is unique and you deserve a unique approach based around you.
Get in touch or use my website to book your introductory session. In this session we will briefly discuss the issue(s) that brought you to counselling and see whether we can work well together.
If we both agree that we can work well together, we can then book regular counselling sessions based around your schedule.
