About me and my therapy practice

Person-centred counselling puts you at the centre of our sessions, while I guide our discussions and support you by introducing psychotherapy tools to provide structure to your thinking. The guiding purpose is to allow you to discover the best way forward for you as an individual - we are all unique. There are a number of reasons why you might want to engage in therapy and often our conversations can cover unexpected topics. I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the BACP and NCPS. I am qualified as an 'Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists' (ACCPH) Life Coach.  I also receive referrals from public sector groups including police authorities and the Foreign Office to work with people who have suffered from trauma at work and human trafficking.

Practice description

I regularly work across a number of different areas and can support you if you are struggling with: addiction, trauma, complex trauma, abuse, bereavement, neurodiversity, bullying and relationship issues, gender conflict, self-harm, depression, anxiety or suicide. I work with adults, teenagers, couples and families, providing services face-to-face, online or telephone.

In tailoring our sessions to your needs I will seek to build your trust, work within your boundaries of comfort and provide a safe space for you to consider your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours. Then together we can determine how you want to move forward and the best way to reach your goals. I love seeing the difference counselling can achieve.

My first session

I offer my sessions in a warm, friendly and non-judgemental environment, our first telephone session would be free as we determine whether we can work together to achieve your desired outcomes.
