I work 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday online with clients around the world using CBT . i can also use a person centred or solution focused approach depending on the client and issues.

I provide online mental health for, depression, anxiety issues, social anxiety, general anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, bereavement, work related difficulties, transitions , and addiction counselling.

My first session

In the first session we will chat about your current concerns and goals in therapy. We will explore these issues and outline various strategies that have been proven to help clients reduce anxiety and lift mood, before progressing with strategies that are further tailored to your specific issues
