About me and my therapy practice
Strength, Energy and good Mental health is what we need to live everyday life. We are facing all over the world a very difficult moment and if we are not strong enough it is going to be very difficult to carry-on with our lives, no matter how old we are, whether we are working, studying or not, regardless social level we belong to, this is a period of time that we have never faced before. My aim has always been to be a support for my patients, working with them side by side for them to gain what they need in order to live a better life. In this particular period of time everybody is facing anxiety and stress, Solution Focused Brief Therapy on Line or Brief Therapy on Line can be of help for these Symptoms in order not to escalate in something more dangerous for our mental health. My fifteen years of work with NHS has allowed me to gain more experience in helping people to prevent mental health problems.
When we go through periods in our life that seem very difficult, we can often feel isolated and alone, Therapeutic Counselling/Psychotherapy are completely confidential and allow us to explore our difficulties and find ways to accept or overcome troubles in our life. The aim of my practice is to work with clients, to help them to build up the strength and the energy he/she needs in order to be able to accept or find solutions to their problems. Nowadays, more than ever nearly everybody needs an extra help in order to live his/her life in the best way possible, with all the negative and positive aspects of it.
I am a qualified Psychotherapyst/Counsellor with MA and I provide long and short one to one therapy. In this difficult time I can help you also via Skype or Zoom.
My first session
When we meet for the first time, we will do an assessment which will last for an hour, at the end of it we will decide together what kind of help is the best for you, (CBT, Integrative, Person Centred or Attachment Theory) in order to gain what you need for your well-being.
