About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples in person and on line. I am interested to listen to clients anxieties and feelings of dissatisfaction and to look at what they would like to change. To support them to reach new understandings of their own unique behavioural patterns and how they can make changes to grow and reach their full potential. To face challenging situations from a more comfortable perspective. I offer a safe and confidential space. I listen with warmth and empathy, and respond with honesty and compassion.
I run an on line Practice in which I have clients all over the world as well as running a Practice from Highgate, London in person.
My first session
The sessions are fifty minutes long. I will ask you to share what brings you to therapy now. And what you are looking to get support with and or change. During the initial session we will discuss how we will work together going forward. Including on-line or face to face. Confidentiality and Privacy (General Data Protection Regulations). At the end of the first session we will discuss weekly or bi-weekly sessions, timing and dates.
