About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples in person and on line. I am interested to listen to clients anxieties, self esteem issues, feelings of dissatisfaction or anger. To look at what they would like to change. I support clients to reach new understandings of their own unique behavioural patterns and how they can make changes to grow and reach their full potential. To face challenging situations from a more comfortable and less judgemental perspective. I offer a safe and confidential space. I listen with warmth and empathy, and respond with honesty and compassion.
I run an on line Practice in which I see clients from all over the world. I also run a Practice from North London in person. I offer brief, longer term and open ended sessions.
My first session
The sessions are fifty minutes long. During the initial session I will ask the client to share what brings them to therapy. And to see if we can identify what they are seeking to get support with and what changes they might like to make going forward. We will discuss how we will work together and come to a mutual agreement. Including whether on-line or face to face or a mix. Confidentiality and Privacy (General Data Protection Regulations). At the end of the first session we will discuss weekly or bi-weekly sessions, timing and dates.
